No contractor gets a free pass
The page is not pay-to-play. Every contractor on the shortlist has to clear the same 10+ year rule and the same public-proof standard or they do not belong here.
What this page is not claiming
- It is not claiming to review every painter in St. George.
- It is not claiming every painter with a polished website belongs on a best-painter list.
- It is not claiming every long-running painter has the same proof stack.
- It is not a substitute for written estimates, prep questions, insurance checks, or references.
What the page is trying to do well
The goal is to cut weak “best painter” claims and keep only the names that can clear a stronger public bar. That bar is visible longevity first, visible proof second, then local fit and estimate clarity.
